SSAP ได้เปิดตัวขึ้นครั้งแรกที่เมืองนิวยอร์ค ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาโดยดีไซน์เนอร์ชาวไทยอย่างคุณ แม้ว วราลี แสงสมทรัพย์ อันได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากหม้อหลอมรวมวัฒนธรรมขนาดยักษ์ในเมืองใหญ่ อันมีเป้าหมายเพื่อการตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าบุรุษคุณภาพดีมีคุณภาพระดับโลก ซึ่งเมื่อมองย้อนกลับไปในปี 2014 ที่มี Project จากทางแบรนด์ชื่อว่า "สกลโปรเจ็คท์" ซึ่งเกิดจากความต้องการอนุรักษ์การมัดย้อมผ้าอินดิโก้พื้นเมืองตามชื่อจังหวัดสกลนคร และต้องการสะท้อนว่าความหมายและความงดงามของคำว่า "ไทยอินดิโก้" เป็นอย่างไร
ซึ่งในส่วนของคอลเล็คชั่นปี 2016 นี้ ไฮไลท์อยู่ที่เสื้อแจ็คเก็ต Texture ร่วมสมัยที่ยังคงความเป็นไทยในแบบผสมผสาน รวมไปถึงไอเท็มตัวหลักอย่าง Sakol boro trucker jacket และกางเกงขาสั้น ซึ่งถักทอด้วยรายละเอียดชั้นสูงอย่างประณีตงดงาม จนได้รับการยอมรับจากสากลว่านี่คือแบรนด์ระดับโลก

Three years after moving back from New York to Bangkok, this summer SSAP continues to promote Thai indigo with its unique Sakol Project. Unlike other brands, SSAP creates its distinction by using true hand-dyed and hand-woven fabric that has long gone in some countries. The key pieces for this collection are Sakol boro trucker jacket and shorts. The collection still maintain its rebellious signature with camouflage, blending in with the basic summer pieces such as shorts and t-shirts. The collection possesses a glimpse of Asian perfectly. About Sakol Project
Sakol Project, a project to promote a Natural indigo dyed from SSAP founder&designer home country, Thailand. Sakol is short from Sakolnakorn, a province in Northeast of Thailand, this northern province in Thailand is best known for its indigo blue fabrics. Villagers still use centuries-old weaving and dyeing techniques that continue a long tradition of quality.
