AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store ที่ลาน PARC PARAGON
1. รายชื่อผู้โชคดีรับสิทธิ์ในการซื้อ AIR MAX 1 RETRO “ATMOS” จะถูกจับสลากจากผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนและมีรายชื่อในกล่องเท่านั้น โดยจะเปิดให้ลงทะเบียนในวันเสาร์ที่ 18 มีนาคม 2560 ที่ “AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store” (ลาน PARC PARAGON) เท่านั้น ลงทะเบียนได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 – 16.00 น. (ปิดลงทะเบียนในเวลา 16.00 น. ตรง ไม่มีเส้นตัดแถว ท่านที่อยู่ที่โต๊ะลงทะเบียนในเวลา 16.00น คือท่านสุดท้าย)
2. สงวนสิทธิ์ในการลงทะเบียน 1 รายชื่อ 1 บัตร ต่อ 1 สิทธิ์ เท่านั้น หากพบว่ามีการลงทะเบียนซ้ำ บุคคลนั้นจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการจับฉลากทันที *สามารถเลือกลงสิทธิ์ได้เพียงไซส์ใดไซส์หนึ่งเท่านั้น*
3. ผู้สนใจในการลงทะเบียน ต้องนำบัตรประชาชนตัวจริงมาเพื่อใช้ในการลงเบียนเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรอื่นๆแทนได้ (ในกรณีเป็นชาวต่างชาติให้ใช้ Passport แทน)
4. จับฉลากในวันเสาร์ที่ 18 มีนาคม 2560 ที่ AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store ที่ลาน PARC PARAGON เวลา 17:00 น.
5. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ในการซื้อจะต้องอยู่ภายในงาน พร้อมกับนำ “คูปอง” และ "บัตรประชาชน” ตัวจริง มาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อรับสิทธิ์ในการซื้อ
6. ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่นมารับสินค้า และชำระเงินแทน
7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากเกิดเหตุการณ์ฝนตก หรือ สถานการณ์ใดๆ ที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถประกาศรายชื่อได้ในบริเวณหน้างาน ทีมงานจะแจ้งให้ทราบถึงการย้ายสถานที่ หรือ การเปลี่ยนปลงใดๆ อีกครั้งในบริเวณหน้างาน

AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store at PARC PARAGON
1. The Registration will be open during 18 March 2017 from 10:00 am- 16:00 pm at AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store at PARC PARAGON
The registration will be close at 16:00 “Sharp”. At 16:00, person at the registration table will be last person. The winner will be only those persons who completely register and put the name in drop box provided to participate in the raffle
2. Only 1 right for 1 registered name per 1 register card (any multiple registrations will be disqualified from the raffle) There will be only 1 size can be chosen for 1 card
3. The participants need to use original ID card for Registration, other cards will not be accepted. For foreigner, only passport is accepted
4. The raffle will be held on 18 March 2017 17:00 pm at AIR MAX x CARNIVAL Pop-up store at PARC PARAGON
5. The winner must the at an announcement area. Winner must bring registry card with original ID to show to our Staff in order to buy the shoe.
6. There will be not allow another person come to buy and pay money for the winner shoe.
7. Carnival reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to suspend, terminate or vary the raffle without prior notice. If any unexpected conditions to announce the winner, CARNIVAL team will notice and announce again at the event
